A nuestra familia de Wichos,
Estos últimos meses no han sido fáciles. Nuestra maquinaria para hacer las nieves al igual que nuestro refrigerador an estado fuera de servicio. Nos alegra compartir que nuestra maquinaria ya está funcionando nuevamente. Desafortunadamente nuestro refrigerador principal sigue fuera de servicio.
Sabemos que esto afectó nuestro servicio y algunos de sus sabores favoritos, y agradecemos mucho su paciencia y apoyo. Ya falta poco para poderles brindar el servicio que merecen como parte de nuestra comunidad y les agradecemos ya que sin ustedes no estaríamos aquí.
Seguiremos trabajando para regresar al servicio de Wichos que ustedes conocen y merecen.

To our Wichos family,
The past couple of months have been challenging for us. Our ice cream machine was down, and we also had issues with our AC. We're happy to share that both are now working again. Our main refrigerator is almost ready, but we are still waiting on a final part to arrive.
We know this affected our service and some of your favorite flavors, and we truly appreciate your patience and continued support. We would not be here without our amazing community.
We're working hard to get fully restocked and back to the Wichos service you know and love.
