No crazy trends this week. No overthinking it. I’m going back to the treats that made Doki… Doki. 🥹

This week’s pop-up is all about the all-time classics: crepe cake slices, creamy basque cheesecakes, cupcakes, and Japanese sandos. The OG favorites that have been on Doki’s menu through so many different chapters. 💖

If you’ve been with Doki for a while, consider this your little reunion. And if you’re new here, this is the perfect week to find out what Doki is all about. 🫶

What you missed last week!
This yummy box was my popup last week and it’s my first time handling dough 😅 It took way longer and more planning than I anticipated! If you grabbed one of them, what do you think of the melon pans? Would you like to try more treats from breads like cinnies, cream buns, etc? Let me know if the comments!

Also thank you sooo much I was able to raise $230 from the boxes! You guys rock!!! ❤️❤️🫶

What if treating yourself could actually help save a life? 🥹🐾

I’ve been thinking about this fundraiser nonstop because I wanted to create something that feels like Doki. Fun, a little extra, packed with things I LOVE making, but this time with a purpose much bigger than dessert. 🤎

Meet The Giving Box 🐾

You get to build your own box with 2 crepe cake slices, 2 sando halves, and 2 mini melon pan buns, starting at just $33. And with every single box sold, $5 will be donated directly to CHÓ CỎ Foundation to help us continue our rescue work in Vietnam.

This one is so personal to me. Doki is one of my dreams, and CHÓ CỎ is one of my biggest purposes in life. Somehow I get to bring these two parts of my heart together and turn something as simple as making you guys dessert into something that can help save another little life. 🥹🐶

And this time, Doki is going on the road!!! 🚗🐾
📍 Friday, Oct 9 • Orem
📍 Saturday, Oct 10 • Midvale
📍 Sunday, Oct 11 • Ogden • Coming soon 👀

3 days. 3 cities. 1 BIG mission.
I hope you guys will come along for the ride, grab a box, eat something yummy, and help us do a little bit of good together. 🤎 Treat yourself. Save a pup. 🐾

Doki is my dream baby. CHÓ CỎ is my life goal. For the longest time, I thought they were two separate parts of me. One was the little cake business I poured my heart into building. The other was my lifelong dream of rescuing dogs, something I cared about deeply but didn’t know how to make possible.

Then I went to Vietnam, tried to foster one little puppy, and completely failed because she hated my dog. 😂 I drove her back to the vet myself, and that’s how I met Trinh Võ Rescue. That one drive pulled me into a world I couldn’t walk away from. I started helping with transportation, coordinating care, and paying vet bills when I could. I also learned how quickly the need can become bigger than one person can carry.

One day, it hit me: I have Doki. I know how to make cakes, and you guys have shown up for this little business again and again. What if I could use it to show up for these dogs?

That’s the connection between Doki and CHÓ CỎ. Every treat I make comes from the dream you’ve helped me build, and that dream can now help me work toward the goal I’ve carried my whole life. Two things I love, finally growing together. 🤎🐾

Treat yourself. Save a pup.
p/s That little sweet angel that I named Black Sesame was adopted together with her sister and mom. They are now happily roaming a beatiful fruit farm in a nearby city 🥹🥹

200 BOXES. 1 WEEK. ONE BIG RESCUE MISSION. 🐾🔥

This is what a Doki pop-up looks like before it comes to life 👀✍️ Weeks of brainstorming, testing, changing my mind 47 times😤, texting everyone to complain 😂 and turning one messy sketch into something real. 🥹💪

But this one means more. 🤎

Next week, we’re taking Doki from NORTH to SOUTH. Ogden/Bountiful ➡️ SLC ➡️ Orem with one goal: sell 200 fundraising boxes + raise $1,000 for CHÓ CỎ.

It’s all for our biggest rescue project of 2026: a major campaign on one of Vietnam’s most remote islands, where hundreds of strays need help, fewer than 3 vets are available, and resources are incredibly limited.

🎁 200 boxes
🐾 $5 donated per box
🎯 $1,000 goal
🍂 Oct 5–11 - exact dates to be determined

Utah… can we make 200 happen?! 🥹🐾
