Here is what I am looking for. One of my favorites is leaving for her last year of College. She has been 3 to 4 shifts per week all summer, so I am looking to fill her job with a LONG term server as is the majority of my staff.

PRIMA, a family owned and operated South Minneapolis Italian Bistro, (established in 1999) is searching for an EXPERIENCED Server. Candidates must be able to work weekends, especially Sundays are required. No late nights and easy parking. We operate a from-scratch kitchen and in addition, our own Family Farm in Waconia, MN. Many of our products are locally sourced and during season, we use our own specialty foods whenever possible. The is an ideal job for anyone with experience looking to learn from hands on Owner/Operators. Strong food knowledge, personable and professional attitude is a must. Multi-tasking skills are essential. You need to be a self-starter and be willing to work with others as a team in addition to a strong knowledge of food and ingredients or the willingness to learn about that aspect of the job.
