Sheet Pan Steak and Potatoes Recipe
Cook time: 35 minutes | Serves: 4
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 1/2 lb baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried rosemary
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and lightly grease a large sheet pan. Toss the halved potatoes with half the olive oil, half the garlic, half the smoked paprika, half the rosemary, and half the salt and pepper. Spread them on the pan in a single layer and roast for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, toss the steak cubes with the remaining olive oil, garlic, paprika, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Remove the pan from the oven, add the steak in a single layer, and drizzle the melted butter over the steak and potatoes. Roast for another 10–15 minutes, turning the steak and potatoes halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and the steak reaches your preferred doneness; for food safety, whole-cut beef should reach at least 145°F (63°C) followed by a 3-minute rest. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
