“A DEDICATION THAT DRIVES GROWTH” ~highway inspo

Recently I saw this phrase on a semi trailer and it reminded me of Pop’s.
Since our opening in 2010, Adam and I, along with over 400 employees over the years, have truly dedicated our hearts 💜 and lives to this business, making it the true MAGIC it is today.
BUT , with everything comes a season and unfortunately, this season is coming to a close for us, as we anticipate the sale of the properties in 2026.

We hope that OUR new season will bring us: more family time with our aging children, parents, and grandparents. Less stress and less on our plates, as we are aging ourselves- we just aren’t the young bucks we were when we started this business 16 years ago (before children came along). Time to pursue hobbies that have been set aside all these years because of the dedication and commitment we have given to Pop’s. Time is precious. ⏰

Pop’s/ Memaw’s is still awaiting its new owner- someone who can give it the love, time, and dedication that it deserves and keep it the eastern Kentucky/ Cave Run Lake staple it has become.

However, until that time comes, we will be smoking meat, spinning shakes, deep frying all the things, catering your events, and all the other small details we strive to perfect daily in order to serve our guests. 🙏 THANK YOU
