Just sitting here going through photos from this weekend’s events, and I honestly don’t even know how to put into words how grateful I am.

This weekend was full.

One graduation dinner with bartending.
One wedding rehearsal with dinner and bartending.
One wedding with dinner and bartending.

And behind every plate served, every drink poured, every table touched, every guest loved on, and every detail handled — there was an incredible team making it happen.

I just want to say how thankful I am for my amazing staff at Jolted and Perk & Plate. Y’all don’t just show up to work. You show up with heart. You show up with pride. You show up for me, for each other, and for the people we get the honor of serving.

Coffee, catering, events, bartending — none of this happens alone. It takes people who care, people who hustle, people who can smile through the crazy, and people who believe in what we’re building.

Jolted and Perk & Plate are what they are because of the people standing beside me.

I am tired, emotional, thankful, and so incredibly proud of this team.

The caffeine dealer may sleep on Sunday, but tonight he’s going to sleep grateful. 💛⚡️

Shew, we are THANKFUL. ❤️⚡️

Yesterday was a full Perk & Plate kind of day — double weddings, bartending, and all the good food dreams.

One wedding had pasta bar dreams happening.

The other had our All-American Spread:
grilled chicken sliders, mac & cheese, cornbread muffins, baked beans, house salad, and a dessert table that we are still drooling over.

Then we added cocktail hour charcuterie cups because why not make it extra cute?

AND finished it off with Jolted Cup Bartending. 🍸

Food, dessert, bartending, coffee, cocktails — we can do it all so you don’t have to stress about a thing.

Reminder: we are now booking into 2028, so if you want Perk & Plate by Jolted Cup at your wedding or event, don’t wait too long. ❤️

Scratch buttercream. Wedding cake sweetness. A little floral, a little dreamy, and the perfect kickoff to summer wedding season.

Basically, if a bridal bouquet and a slice of wedding cake had a Jolted moment… this would be her. 💛⚡️

Charcuterie Tuesday showed OUT. 🧀🍓🥦

Beautiful. Colorful. Yummy.
And honestly? These boxes understood the assignment.

Today we had:

2 full vegan boxes with roasted + marinated tofu
2 full carnivore boxes loaded up and ready to snack
1 round quick pickup because sometimes you need charcuterie and you need it now

Fruits, veggies, cheeses, meats, dips, tofu, and all the little pretty details that make people hover around the table pretending they’re “just grabbing one more bite.”

Perk & Plate does not play about a good spread. 🍴✨

This weekend we had 3 events, a wedding, and a baby shower — and we are feeling SO grateful. 🤍

But let’s talk about this wedding…

TACO BAR DREAMS. 🌮✨
Warm tortillas, crunchy shells, seasoned meats, rice, roasted corn, fresh toppings, chips, salsa, and a full beverage station to keep everyone happy.

This setup was colorful, fresh, fun, and exactly the kind of food guests actually get excited about. No boring wedding plates here — just a taco bar built to be piled high and loved hard. 😉

Happy Pride Month from me, Jolted Cup, and Perk & Plate. 🌈⚡️

This month is personal for me, but this post is truly for every single person who has loved us, supported us, cheered us on, stood in our lines, booked our catering, shared our posts, brought a friend, sent a kind message, or made us feel like we belong here.

As a gay business owner, I don’t take it lightly that I get to show up every day as myself — loving my husband openly, building businesses, serving this community, and creating spaces where people feel welcomed, cared for, and celebrated.

Jolted Cup and Perk & Plate were built with hard work, big dreams, caffeine, good food, and a whole lot of love. But they keep growing because of you.

Every customer, friend, couple, vendor, employee, neighbor, and supporter who has poured love into us has become part of this story. You’ve helped make these businesses more than places to grab coffee or book food — you’ve helped make them places where people feel seen, fed, caffeinated, and at home.

Perk & Plate is almost fully booked for 2026 and most of 2027 for weddings — and I am so thankful I could cry into a chafing dish. 🥹🍴
