✨ Meet Jenny ✨

If you’ve spent any time at Taquerio lately, chances are you’ve seen Jenny bringing great energy to the dining room. She joined the Taquerio team in May 2025, but she’s been part of the Cannonball family since 2021, growing into her new role as a server while continuing to be a supportive presence for both guests and coworkers alike.

What keeps her coming back every shift? The sense of community. Jenny loves the laid back atmosphere, the connections with coworkers and customers, and the beautiful property that makes Taquerio such a fun place to work. For her, the best part of the job is simple: happy guests. She’s always looking for ways to make the dining experience enjoyable and welcoming for everyone who walks through the door.

When it comes to menu favorites, Jenny is all about the Taquitos with a side of queso… although a quesadilla usually finds its way into her to-go box too. And while she’s not quite at margarita age yet, she highly recommends a virgin strawberry margarita with a sugar rim.

One thing she wants guests to know? Don’t be afraid to customize your order. The menu is incredibly flexible and allergen friendly, and the team is always happy to help make dishes work for your preferences.

Some of Jenny’s favorite moments happen when familiar faces stop by. Seeing regulars each week, catching up with guests, and even having her parents pop in during a shift always gives her an extra boost of energy.

Her coworkers would describe her as funny, helpful, and dedicated… especially as she’s worked hard to grow into her new server role while continuing to stay positive through challenges along the way.

Outside of work, Jenny loves traveling, spending time with her friends, boyfriend, and parents, and keeping up with Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
