Available now through 10/8, we're pouring a Blue Ribbon sake flight for National Sake Day.
We've been making our own sake with breweries in Japan since 2010, and for the next week we're pouring three of them side by side.
The flight goes from 60% to 50% to 40% rice polishing, so you can taste how the rice shapes each one:
Junmai by Ohyama (Kochi): fruity, very dry, a little creamy�Junmai Ginjo by Tsukasabotan (Yamagata): smooth, clean, with a light finish�Junmai Daiginjo by Harushika (Nara): complex, medium-dry, and bright
Every bottle is Junmai, made from just rice, water, yeast and koji, and brewed only for us.
The Blue Ribbon Sake Flight will be available at participating Blue Ribbon Sushi locations nationwide from October 1 through October 8, 2026.
