Listen, the pic doesn't tell the whole story here. Even in hades style heat, this is ridiculously tasty. 1st special tell we sell out. Chicken vol au vont. A rich, creamy gravy with roasted Flavor Country Farms mushrooms, pcf chicken, tarragon and fresh herbs. Served over crispy puff pastry with white truffle mashed potatoes. And its only 13.95. Lotsa Grandmas cucumber salad available, a nice variety of agua frescas and friendly vibes. Stay tuned, we got more coming. Get down here!!!

Good news. You all showed up today. You battled road closures, toppled pylons, probably went the wrong way down a one way, survived insane heat and you made us so happy.

Bad news. You ran us out of North 40 Premium Beef steak and that was for the special tomorrow.

Good news. We have tons and tons of awesome local produce and proteins. We are gonna be running different specials throughout the day tomorrow and we cannot wait. All you have to do is periodically check this page to see what we're rolling. No matter what, we have kick a$$ agua frescas and some of the best Evetta Farms gazpacho we have had. Excited for this. We know. It is effing cold out there. But. Hear us out, this is worth the trip. We took duroc pork shoulder and marinated it for 2 days in a secret spicy blend. Then we wood grilled it. Then we braised it. It's on a house toasted coriander sesame roll with jalapeño asadero, chipotle lime mayo, fire roasted whole Chile Blanca and grilled vidalias. Steamed in spicy jus and topped with cilantro and tajin. We still have gazpacho and cucumber Agua fresca too. Come see us!!!

For our friends at The Beard and Mane . Spicy chicken philly!!! Grilled PCF chicken, local onions, jalapeños and mushrooms with calabrian chiles. Topped with pepperjack, provolone and house calabrian hot sauce on a toasty house seeded roll. Noah's peach and cucumber gazpacho too. Come see us!!!
