A popular Alabama food truck recently opened its first brick-and-mortar location, and its Tex-Mex-inspired menu has customers, new and old, flocking to it.

Banditos, located at 404 S. 10th Street in downtown Opelika, features a menu filled with made-in-house dishes, from tacos, quesadillas and crunch wraps filled with their smoked on-site meats to chips fried in beef tallow, elote cups and more, all served in a relaxed setting that’s both funky and welcoming.
