Aussem Dogs is an authentic Chicago style mobile HOT DOG CART. We don't have a permanent location, we can "pop-up" anywhere. Most times we can be found at the corner of LaSalle and Jackson Streets next to the historic popcorn wagon in Washington Square.

We are back on Washington Square next Friday for LaSalle County Cruisers Cruise Night!! We'll be serving from 4-9 ish.

Look to the skies and celebrate a beloved community tradition at Kites in Flight, returning for its 6th year at Peck Park in Ottawa, Illinois!

Hosted by the Ottawa Visitor Center and The Exploreum Children’s Museum, Kites in Flight is a two-day, family-friendly outdoor festival filled with color, creativity, and high-flying fun. Join us May 16 & 17, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM both days, for an unforgettable spring weekend.

Due to massively raising costs and growth is our other businesses we will be greatly reducing our schedule for 2026.

Look for us at major events and festivals but, we will not be participating in Music in the Park and will not be doing pop ups. Also, we are not quoting private personal events this year.
