USDA Prime Steaks, served exclusively, are aged, hand-cut daily, and perfectly seared in a 500 degree oven. Traditional steakhouse side dishes include creamed spinach, roasted garlic-mashed potatoes and massive asparagus spears. All desserts are made in-house including the signature Chocolate and Grand Marnier Soufflés. Two new cocktails have joined the handcrafted cocktail menu at Arroyo Chop House, each with a little personality of its own.

🥃 The Hershiser — House-made bacon peanut bourbon, vanilla Coke syrup and mole bitters, served with Cracker Jacks. A playful nod to classic ballpark flavors with an Arroyo twist.

🍸 Pasadena Parrot Society — Vodka, melon, mint, Suze and citrus. Fresh, bright and refreshing with just the right amount of bitterness.
