Basic price sheet for our custom Tiny kitchens

As of currently we only offer up to 18ft
Our trailer base (excluding horse trailer builds)includes fully finished building with one serving window or awning, 1 entry door, 1-4 sinks dependingon your needs, up to 4 base cabinet doors, bosch mini water heater, water pump, fresh water and grey water tanks 10 & 13 gallon or larger ones for upgraded cost, outside access water fill valve and water drains, either 30 or 50 amp electric service with 100amp inside breaker panel, wall outlets, up to 2 outside porch lights, up to 3 inside ceiling lights, for upgrade cost we can install a mini split heat and ac system. wood countertops with food grade epoxy or (formica at a little bit of an upgraded cost), laminate sheet vinyl flooring (or luxury vinyl plank flooring for upgraded cost), smooth paneled walls painted with washable cleanable paint,(or for upgraded cost we can install frp wall panels) fold down or stationary outside serve window shelf. Any of these basic items can be upgraded at an add on price.
Because we use refurbishedcamper frames to build our trailers -Our trailers will sometimes come with a title made for the camper trailer and sometimes the frames will not have a title. We always provide a notarized bill of sale.
If your state or county requires a title and we do not have a title with the frame we will be using we can have one created by the state for an additional cost. The process can take up to 12 weeks from date of completion.
-We do not provide nor install gas/propane or fire suppression systems at this time.
- we do not provide nor include appliances however we can install them for you if you order them and have them sent to us during the build process. We find it much easier for the owner to buy them due to the manufacturer warranties.

Anything that is not standard included can be added on for the difference in product cost plus installation in some cases
If you need something not on this list it can be discussed . We love to make something new and unique
- deductions can be taken off from these base prices if you do not need something that is included in the base price.
