Staff fave of the week: Otis Mit Hafer~4.9% abv. A schwarzbier with oats. Aroma of coffee/ roasted malt, a smooth finish of bittersweet chocolate with a hint of smoke. Light and sessionable despite the dark appearance. 😍
Open Friday and Saturday 12-10pm and opening a little later Sunday (1pm) due to a private event.

Dont forget! Chalk art is temporary! Make sure to stop down to festival plaza to check out the finished peices- and dont forget a stop at your fave brewery too! * Perry Farmers Market right outside our door!
* Perry Chalk Art Festival all day! Amazing artists, food trucks, craft vendors- so much to see!
* SLBP is a great base point for the day. Check out the art, do some shopping, stop in and cool off in the taproom with a beer and then head back out to do it all over again!

(I know! Its not my best photography work- but I was listening!! Lol)
Dan was my vendor neighbor at the Perry Farmers Market a few years ago, and he was always super friendly, helpful and supportive. The kind of guy who just wants everyone to do well, unassuming, maybe a little quiet. HA! I knew so little. Dan always has a story locked and loaded, and he's a great storyteller.
25 years traveling the country working for FEMA, grew up IN Letchworth Park (can you imagine?) Bee keeper since he was 15, and became the owner of a (successful ,community centered) cider mill almost entirely by chance. It felt a little like finding out your neighbor is a secret agent! Once again thank you to everyone for stopping by to listen and have a few beers. We appreciate the support for our little nerdventure🍻 - especially to Dan and his wife Pam Three Falls Cidery , Castile Cider Mill , and a special thank you to Chip Matthews for being the MC 😬

TAP Talks! Have you been? Once a month at SLBP...Lets all step away from our technology, connect as community, learn a little about each other! This month's speaker is Dan Chasey. Owner of the Castile Cider Mill and Three Falls Cidery .

Join us for July's TAP Talk with Dan Chasey. While most may know him as the owner/operator of the Castile Cider Mill and Three Falls Cidery, Dan is the definition of "wearing many hats" and having an interesting story (or two!) to tell!

Dan Chasey grew up in Letchworth State Park during the 1960's and 1970's. Later he traveled the United States as an independent flood adjuster chasing Hurricanes across the U.S. helping many families recover from devastating flood damages. In 2008 He purchased the Castile Cider Mill at auction, with his wife Pam. Together they restored that business , and added a Hard Cider tasting room.

This Wednesday 7/8 at 6:30 pm. No cover!
