Hey everyone, just one last quick announcement from me on this page.

I’m excited to say I’ve found some wonderful, fully established people to lease Dillingers. Because of that, the doors won’t be closed for long.

I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you for the incredible support you’ve shown me over the past year. It has truly meant more than you know.

I have one favor to ask—please show the new operators the same support you’ve given me. They’re bringing a fresh vision, and I truly believe you’re going to love what they have planned.

Dillingers will be back with a new twist, a new vibe, and the same goal of giving Peru a great place to eat, drink, and gather.

Stay tuned! I’ll be turning this page over to the new operators soon, and they’ll make their official announcement when they’re ready. I can’t wait for everyone to see what’s next.

After a lot of thinking, I’ve made the decision to close Dillingers, effective immediately.

I honestly don’t know if this is temporary or permanent yet. Right now, I just need to take a step back, regroup, and figure out what’s next.

I want to thank every single person who walked through our doors. Whether you stopped in once or were a regular, I truly appreciate the support. We’ve met a lot of great people over the last year, and I’ll always be grateful for everyone who chose to support a small local business.

I also want to thank the employees who were truly passionate about this place and took pride in what they did. You know who you are. None of this is a reflection of you, and I genuinely appreciate everything you did for Dillingers.

With that being said, Dillingers is potentially available for sale or lease. I’d love to see someone with a great vision take it over and make it their own. If you’ve ever dreamed of owning a bar or think you’d be interested, send me a message or call/text Dalton at 517-477-0742 to discuss the options.

Closed This Week!

A couple of our staff members are on vacation, and with us being a small crew we’re taking the week to do some deep cleaning, maintenance, and improvements around Dillingers.
