Some dishes will win you over with their brightness. Others will take their time, building layers of flavor with every bite. Next week will celebrate both. 🌿✨

From lively herbs and citrus to fragrant spices, slow braises, and silky sauces, the upcoming menus will explore the delicious space between fresh and vibrant and rich and savory. There will be plenty of bold personalities on the plate, but just as much attention to the little details that make a meal memorable.

Chef's Choice will bring that contrast into sharp focus. Bright, herbaceous chimichurri and lemony pork piccata will balance the savory sweetness of Korean barbecue and pomegranate-glazed turkey. By Wednesday, the flavors will take a more adventurous turn, with deeply seasoned birria, Thai chile heat, sweet apple relish, and a lively chipotle-mango combination. Roasted vegetables, fragrant rice, and fresh herbs will tie the whole collection together.

Executive Meals will feel like a tour through some of the best corners of a favorite neighborhood restaurant. Tabasco and garlic will bring a spirited kick to flank steak, while Chicken Parmesan and green chile pork stew will offer two very different expressions of savory richness. Mediterranean shawarma will introduce cooling tzatziki and tangy feta, Thai red coconut curry will bring fragrant warmth, and sage-infused brown butter will lend an elegant finishing touch to roasted turkey and butternut squash.

Plant-Based will be equally ambitious. Creamy Chick'n Marsala will pair mushrooms and tender orzo with the earthy richness of its namesake sauce, while golden yellow dal will bring aromatic curry leaf oil, garlic potatoes, and warm spices to the table. Mongolian-inspired "Beef" Ramen will round out the trio with savory noodles, colorful vegetables, green onions, and toasted sesame notes—a satisfying finale with plenty of character.

Which flavor will capture your attention first—bright and herbaceous, rich and savory, or bold and spicy?

From the lively streets of Mexico to the aromatic kitchens of Southeast Asia, next week's menu will have plenty of stories to tell. 🌎🌿

Bright citrus, fresh herbs, smoky chiles, fragrant spices, and savory sauces will create a lineup that feels both adventurous and familiar. Some dishes will bring bold, immediate flavor, while others will rely on the quieter elegance of garlic, butter, and slow-developed richness.

Chef's Choice will have a distinctly Latin-inspired streak, with carne asada, vibrant salsa brava, herbaceous chimichurri, and tender pork carnitas bringing plenty of energy to the plate. Orange chicken will introduce a sweet-savory contrast, while tzatziki, garlic and onion, and citrus-herb turkey will offer a more delicate balance. Even a Southwest-inspired shepherd's pie will get in on the action, bringing familiar ingredients together with a little Southwestern flair.

Executive Meals will feel like a culinary tour of favorite neighborhood restaurants. Steak fajitas will bring sizzling peppers, fresh pico, and salty Cotija, while chicken tikka masala will introduce the aromatic richness of Indian-inspired spices. Blackened pork with creamy mascarpone grits will add a Southern accent before Vietnamese lemongrass beef, bright chicken piccata, and classic turkey meatball marinara take the menu in three wonderfully different directions.

Plant-Based will take its own flavorful journey, beginning with a French onion-inspired stew layered with earthy lentils, barley, mushrooms, and greens beneath savory almond cheese and crisp crostini. Fragrant green curry will then coat ribbons of pappardelle, tofu, and colorful vegetables in Thai-inspired aromatics, while chick'n quesadillas will finish things off with smoky chipotle beans, peppers, creamy cheese, and tangy taquera sauce.

Slow braises, rosemary, balsamic, and savory gravies will bring depth and richness, while bright chiles, aromatic curries, smoky glazes, citrus, and fresh herbs provide the sparks. It’s a lineup built around contrast—and there will be a lot worth exploring.

Chef’s Choice will move confidently between subtle and bold. Rosemary and balsamic will lend an herbaceous tang to beef, while Mediterranean-inspired souvlaki keeps things bright and fresh. Harissa will bring fragrant warmth, Nashville-style heat will turn up the dial, and later in the week Caribbean smoke, honey and garlic, barbecue, and briny olive-braised flavors will each take the menu somewhere new.

Executive Meals will have the soul of a great neighborhood restaurant, leaning into velvety Stroganoff, crisp fried chicken, Italian-inspired sausage, and slow-cooked pot roast before changing direction with aromatic chile-ginger noodles and citrusy Orange Chicken. Carolina-style barbecue will close things out with a tangy, savory finish alongside loaded cornbread.

Plant-Based will tell three very different stories: a hearty chick’n and white bean caldo will bring together greens, grains, and slow-simmered comfort; fragrant Thai red curry will layer colorful vegetables with aromatic spice; and tinga-inspired tacos will pile smoky poblano, hominy, potatoes, zucchini, lime, and chipotle beans into a lively street-food finale.

Your daily protein total doesn't matter as much as you think.

Here's what does: 30 grams, per meal, every time you eat.

Your body can only use so much protein at once to build muscle. The rest just gets burned for energy or stored.

So that 150g daily goal you're chasing? Useless if it's 10g at breakfast, 15g at lunch, and 100g crammed into dinner.

Phoenix gym-goers, this is why your gains stall even when your macros look right on paper.

Tag someone who tracks total grams but never checks the per-meal math.

Meals built around this, already on the menu. Link in bio.

Slow braises, vibrant chiles, fragrant herbs, and a few unexpected twists will give the week ahead plenty to talk about. 🌿🔥

There’s depth throughout this lineup, but never at the expense of brightness. Rich sauces and roasted vegetables will meet cooling cucumber, fresh cilantro, pickled vegetables, warming spices, and just enough heat to keep each menu moving in a different direction.

Chef’s Choice will be a study in how much personality a great sauce can bring to the plate. Greek-inspired beef will pair savory braised richness with garlicky hummus and crisp cucumber, while sesame-sriracha brings sweet heat and tomato-braised pork gets a fragrant lift from basil. Later, smoky Buffalo, tangy verde, nutty sherry, guajillo chile, and chipotle will turn up the intensity while colorful vegetables and fresh herbs keep everything balanced.

Executive Meals will channel the neighborhood-bistro side of Scratch, moving from the savory indulgence of a Philly-inspired steak bowl to Marsala, bourbon-honey glazed pork, bubbling baked ziti, and rosemary-roasted accompaniments. The week will close with an enchilada-inspired turkey bake that swaps old-school restraint for red chile, fajita vegetables, cilantro, and salty Cotija.

Plant-Based may have the most intriguing progression of all. Silky pumpkin ravioli will meet crisp sage and nutty almond Parmesan; an aromatic Madras curry will layer chickpeas and vegetables with warming spice; and a Banh Mi-inspired finale will bring gochujang tofu together with crunchy carrots, pickled daikon, cucumber, cilantro, lime aioli, and cool rice noodles.
