🚨New Smac Alert🚨

Alright Smac Fam, this one is long over due. Not only has it been months since a new flavor was dropped but this one has been on my mind for literally 2 or 3 years.

I am a big fan of Elote and I know quite a few different restuarants have their own Elote Fusions but I was never quite sure the flavors would pair well with mac n cheese. I've been eating a lot of Elote dishes lately and I decided it was time to get in the lab.

This one is definitely going to fly out the window! The flavor profiles of the cotija Cheese, Tajin, Cilantro, Chile Powder, Lime, Creamy Mac n Cheese, Hot sauce, and of course Roasted Corn fresh off the Cobb definitely hits! 🌽🍋‍🟩🌶🧀🔥

Try it this week!

Happy Mac n Cheese Monday!

Look at that O.G. Classic Smac all dressed up with some paprika and dried parsely flakes. Fun fact: I low key sometimes want to serve my bowls this way for presentation purposes but since many kids order the OG I have to keep it simple.
