Sorry we are closed today (with the exception of one corporate catering this morning). My wife and I are still on our Baby moon before our baby girl Amirah arrives next month:)

Alright everyone, we went out with a bang on Saturday (firework pun intended) and sold out of 111 Smac bowls in 2 hours!

I usually like to go on summer break around this time, but we are not quite done yet! We will be open for 9 more events this month as long as it's not over 110°. I got to do as much as possible before baby Amirah arrives:) My last event will be Aug 1st.

Aside from any pre-scheduled caterings in sept we most likely will return to food truck operations around Sept 26.

So I need everyone to pull up these next few weeks to get your Smac Fix while you can!

Thank you to everyone who came out tonight and sold us out early even when I thought I had way more than enough to last the whole event! 100 sales and 111 Smac bowls later! Almost beat an all time monetary record in only 2 hours!

Tomorrow is the fundraiser for Chula Diana Chavez CHULA'S CATERING. Set a reminder to come get lunch and Support our friend as she works to open her food truck back up 🙏🏽 I need everyone on Southside and beyond to pull up for lunch! We will be serving Brisket Soul Bowls and Signature mac n cheese bowls at Storage 365.

Soul bowls are 22.95 for 2 sides or 24.95 for 3 sides. Items available ala carte too.

So I passed by Bucees yesterday after my event and it looked like there was a football event at a stadium...so many cars! Why didn't yall tell me you wanted brisket sandwiches that bad? All you had to do was ask me to bring them back. Lol
