Hey Pittsboro! Your kitchen called. It wants a night off. Lucky for us all, Chef Sera has a killer dinner menu, starting with a beautifully roasted poblano pepper stuffed with Carolina Gold Middlins, shrimp, smoky andouille sausage, creamy goat cheese and pickled corn. Chef finishes this dish with a silky corn velouté that tastes like summer in every bite.

Seafood lovers don’t miss this week's pan-seared salmon, glazed with sweet peaches and served over sautéed fingerling potatoes, fresh okra, sweet corn, and ripe tomatoes — a colorful celebration of the season's best produce.

And did we mention pork belly tacos?? We're talking tender 5-spice seared pork belly layered with crisp pickled vegetables, fresh cucumber, cilantro, basil, and mint, all tucked into warm flour tortillas and topped with a garlic aioli. Trust us, you'll be dreaming about these beauties long after dinner is done.

New to the lunch menu this week: Mama Elena’s tuna salad sandwich. This beauty is a staff favorite for good reason. First, because it’s made by our very own sous chef extraordinaire Mama Elena and 2nd, cuz it’s not your generic tuna salad. We’re talking tuna with mayo, tomatoes, onions, jalapeño, cilantro and lettuce on soft sourdough. Trust us, it’s delicious!

It’s pretty obvious but just in case you need a reminder: Chef Sera has dinner covered tonight! Do NOT, we repeat, do NOT, turn on that oven! And why would you when there’s crab cake, cornmeal crusted catfish, potsticker salad, tomato salad, crispy fried local okra and so much more on the menu? Oh! And did you hear?
