Thanks to everyone who showed up for dinner yesterday for round 1 of our Pop-Up for a Purpose Ramen Night fundraiser for Chef Sera’s Feed-We’ll Fridges! Chef is back in the kitchen again tonight and serving up more delicious bowls of pork ramen (soy-braised pork with mushrooms, Napa cabbage, corn, eggs, scallions, and noodles in a rich pork broth) AND a vegan miso coconut ramen (fried tofu, mushrooms, carrots, sweet potatoes, and scallions). She even has a kids ramen! Join us 5-9 pm or call 919-542-1062 for takeout.
