This past weekend, we quietly opened our doors. A few people knew, mostly through word of mouth, because we wanted to ease into things and make sure we were doing everything right for our very first weekend. We had a feeling it was going to be a hit—but we never expected the incredible turnout we received!

We are beyond thankful for the overwhelming support this community has shown us in just two days. Your encouragement means the world, and we can’t wait to officially welcome everyone this upcoming week.

As we continue building our home, we’ll continue to grow. For the next few weeks, our hours will be Thursday through Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM.

We’ll have all the smoked favorites ready, absolutely stunning oysters from Sea Kist Farms, and the happiest staff excited to welcome you through our doors.

Thank you to our amazing staff, our wonderful guests, and everyone from Pomfret and the surrounding communities for all of your support. We can’t wait to spend a fun-filled summer with you all in Pomfret!

We are hiring all seasonal positions in both front and back of house (cashiers/servers, prep, line cooks, and dishwashers).
