The Christmas briskets are ready! At first I thought I accepted too many orders, but we were able to get them all done, with a couple hours to spare. We almost doubled our briskets orders from last year; 104 lbs on the smoker! I would like to extend my gratitude towards our family, followers and friends, without you this isn’t possible. Thank you all for your support throughout the year. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

We have 4 spots left on the smoker, RESERVE yours today. You can order it Whole, Sliced or Chopped.
Pick-up/Delivery negotiable. Christmas Eve (afternoon) preferred.
We also have our sauces available for the holiday:
Sweet or Spicy: $7 for 12oz bottle/ $30 gallon
Alabama White: $10 for 12oz bottle/ $50 gallon
