Wonderwood Springs is a permanent coffee shop experience built on a magical spring. Wonderwood Springs changes locations, magically. It’s quite a sight to see.

It stays in a town, village, or hamlet for as long as it feels it needs to. Could be two days could be two decades. Now, it has found itself in Portland, Oregon. The proprietor is the first person who walks in. Maybe someone who needs to find a new purpose. An adventurer who’s been feeling they’re getting too old to keep going on quests. A lonely farmer who wants to spend more time with the people

in their community. A painter with a wish to spread joy throughout their city. The objects on the wall are from all over the realm, collected from all the places it’s been. Don’t fret. While coffee is a staple at the springs, there will be food, events, shopping, adventure and so much more. While visiting, be sure to check out the quest board. You never know what kinds of folks need help. We’ve heard rumor Castle Maplehold could use some assistance, maybe you’re the one for the job? Wonderwood Springs opens it’s doors in the St Johns neighborhood on October 15th.

We'll have over 30 vendors, performers and activations set across our campus in celebration of animal companions and friends! Fun and friendly for all ages, the event is FREE to attend 💚 You can find more details in slide 10 or in the post pinned to our profile!

TACK! is here, so naturally, we're goofing off

Tack!, a new game from Mike Bennett! and Lorenzo D. Moon of Lodomo.org, lets you navigate a cork board as a tack, complete with skateboarding beetles, collectibles and fun clippings and sticky notes pinned to the board as you climb. We have one of the games here in our cafe, and it's free for all to play 💚

Watch closely for a Murph critter cameo and Bard-like sound effects as Benny navigates the Tack! world.

Your weekend sweet treat can help a local family! 🧡

This weekend, July 11th and 12th, we’re partnering up with a local family for a fundraiser and ice cream special! When you order’s this weekend’s limited edition ice cream special, $2 from every order placed will go to helping a Portland family covering the costs of sending one of their kiddos to an internship in Washington DC.

🍦🤎 The special ~

Order the CNS (or Chocolate Nervous System, not to be confused with Central Nervous System ⚡️🧠) to support the fundraiser! A chocolatey dream, it’s a chocolate ice cream base (available dairy-free), drizzled in chocolate sauce, topped with brownie bites and oreos, and finished with a cocoa powder sprinkle 🍫 While we've called it the CNS Sundae in the post, you can order it in any form from sundae to whizzard to dairy-free!

💚🧠 The fundraiser ~

Our goal is the full cost of the internship, $1800, but we also know any amount can help make a difference! If you stop by Wonderwood on July 11th or 12th, ask about the fundraiser or order a CNS special 🤎 We’ll post updates throughout the weekend, as well.

We feel so lucky to be a part of a community that seeks to support each other. Times aren’t easy, but we have each other’s backs here in Portland, and that’s a beautiful thing 😌

Gather up your friends, family and animal companions for our July vendor fair: THE FLEA MARKET 🐾

A play on “flea”, the Wonderwood Springs Flea Market will take place on July 25th and highlight our animal friends, companions, and family with vendors, artists and live performances! The day will include over 30 vendors set up across the Wonderwood Springs campus and parking lot in addition to live performances and other free, family-friendly activations.

💭 WHAT TO EXPECT 💭

You can expect Bard Storytime (a read-aloud event for kiddos), goats from goat_it_solutions, musical performances by Mo Phillips, live digital pet portraits, in addition to all that Wonderwood has to offer: coffee, ice cream, mini golf and MORE!

🎟️ RAFFLE & PET SUPPLY DRIVE 🎟️

Leading up to the event, we’ll be posting more details about a raffle and a pet supply drive!
→ Raffle for Animal Aid, Inc: In the week leading up the fair, we’ll post raffle items and ticket details to raise money 🤎🐾
→ During the fair, Pet Pack PDX will be set up and hosting a pet supply drive for the animal companions of local folks in need.

If you needed proof there is magic left in the world, we found a bit of it today ✨🥹

Each of our fairs is so special to us simply because of watching vendors lend each other a helping hand, seeing kiddos dance along to Mo Phillips, or hearing folks laugh with the Bard (Emily June Newton (aka Frank)) 💛 But today, you all really showed up and came together to support local artists and businesses, rain or shine 🌈🌧️ We're so grateful to all of you who attended, vended, shopped and worked today: Moments like these feel like a break in the rain ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💜

Couldn't make it today? Never fear! We have fairs coming up on the last Saturday of each month, July through October!

Huzzah! Ye Olde Gay Fair is almost here! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

This Saturday, June 27, our second fair of the summer celebrates all colors of the rainbow… 🌈… rain or shine 😉 Wander over to Wonderwood to support local artists and vendors, and take in all the day has to offer ⬇️

🎟️ You can also buy raffle tickets throughout the day for $3 (or get 4 tickets for $10). All proceeds from the raffle go to New Avenues for Youth, and you can learn more about it on our Instagram or ask about it in the cafe!

Throughout the day, you’ll find plenty of family-friendly activities, so many vendors, and all the classic everyday magic of Wonderwood Springs like golf, coffee, ice cream, food, and more! 🩷

Let’s raffle and rally together for New Avenues for Youth 🤲

We’re thrilled to share the details behind this month’s raffle, coinciding with the “Ye Olde Gay Fair” taking place this Saturday, June 27th 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

💸 All proceeds will go directly to the incredible work at New Avenues for Youth.

🎟️ Each raffle ticket is $3, or you can buy 4 tickets for $10! Tickets will be available at Wonderwood Springs CAFE today through Monday, June 29th.

♾️ There's no limit to the amount of tickets you can purchase! You can also make a direct donation to New Avenues for Youth 💛

🎪🏳️‍🌈 You can get tickets during the Ye Olde Gay Fair, as well. They’ll be available for purchase in the !
