Last week, Good Neighbor Day brought moments of care, connection, and community to neighborhoods across the country through America250. In Greater Los Angeles, neighbors came together to make a difference and strengthen the communities they call home. ❤️

Chick-fil-A local Owner-Operators Itza Leon, Andrew Park, and Corey Pendray joined their Restaurant teams to help distribute more than 1,200 sandwiches, sharing meals and meaningful moments with neighbors across the community.

The day unfolded in many ways: community festivals and family activities at Hosana Los Angeles in Norwalk, food distributions at LA Dream Center at Imperial Courts Housing Complex in Watts, and neighborhood cleanups at Pueblo del Rio Housing Complex in Long Beach. Each stop was a reminder that when people show up for one another, communities grow stronger.

It was an honor to serve alongside our neighbors throughout Greater Los Angeles and celebrate the power of being a good neighbor.

Helping end hunger, one meal at a time. 🍽️ At Chick-fil-A Crestwood outside Chicago, local Owner-Operator Ximena Pena-Rogers has helped provide more than 37,000 meals to neighbors in need, turning her Restaurant's extra food into care through the Chick-fil-A Shared Table program.

Milad has always believed that language should open doors, not close them. Through Scholars of Other Languages in English (SOLE), he’s creating pathways for multilingual learners to access new opportunities and feel truly seen. 📚
