Well, look what finally showed up.

We’ve been talking about new salami packaging for so long that some people probably thought it was never going to happen. But here it is.

Huge thanks to Scott Downey for the dreamy designs and artwork and B&B Print & Packaging for helping us bring it to life.

You’ll start seeing it roll out in stores and online over the next few weeks. If your favorite salami is still wearing the old outfit, don’t panic—it’s coming.

More new packaging is on the way this year, too.

Now back to the important stuff: making salami.

Olympia Provisions is headed to Southern Oregon for a rare pop-up at Sound & Vision Wines on Sunday May 17th — and this is the kind of afternoon you cancel plans for.

Joining us: the iconic Rogue Creamery and Portland’s tiniest winery, Stick Figurine, for a laid-back day of incredible wine, charcuterie and cheese, sausages and kraut (aka choucroute garnie if you’re feeling fancy), sunshine, and patio hangs with DJ spinning all afternoon.

No tickets. No cover. Just really good food, wine, music, and people.
