We top it with ground Lan Roc pork belly, herbs, chili, & peanut. If you’d prefer to not eat pork we have a version with grilled corn + mushroom.

We had a large order for bánh bột lọc and made a few extra orders for today.

Here tapioca dumplings are filled with aground Kan Roc pork + shrimp, wrapped with banana leaf, then steamed. Served with a side of nước chấm.

Now that súp season has passed, it’s time to introduce vermicelli bowls (Bún thịt nướng)

Here, vermicelli rice noodles are topped with pickles, herbs (basil/cilantro/mint/betel/shiso), lettuce, peanut, & roasted Lan Roc Farms pork. (Sliced pork belly, pork belly meatballs, pork coppa)

A limited amount of chạo tôm (shrimp/lemongrass sausage wrapped around sugarcane) will regularly be available, as will our vegan version that currently boasts Sunrise Organic Farm LLC grilled corn + sungold tomato & campo collective garlic scape + turnips

We’re so grateful for the love you showed our bún Berlu and hope you enjoy our take on bún thịt nướng ❤️
