Some of the best dishes come from the simplest moments. ❤️
In 2016, a small noodle stall in Hanoi ran out of noodles but had plenty of duck left. Instead of letting it go to waste, they fried it with a generous amount of whole garlic. A little improvisation turned into a dish that spread throughout Vietnam.
