Nc’Nean - Huntress Malted Teacake
Scotch, Highlands, 48.5%

The fifth release in Nc’Nean’s boundary-pushing and experimental Huntress series, this wh**ky is made with a yeast strain typically used in the brewing of Belgian-style ales but rarely used in Scotch wh**ky. It brings malty, creamy notes - flavors of buttered toast, freshly baked cake and fig marmalade.

Redwood Empire - The Hyperion
American, Blended Wh***ey, 55%

The inaugural release of an annual, limited edition four‑spirit blend inspired by Hyperion, a 380‑ft, 919‑year‑old coast redwood (and the world’s tallest living tree!) located in California’s Redwood National Park. A blend of 32% Bourbon wh***ey, 30% Rye wh***ey, 25% Wheat wh***ey, 13% American single malt wh***ey

Deanston - 17yr Orange W**e Cask
Scotch, Highlands, 48.5%

An experimental release built around casks from Andalucía, previously used for Vino de Naranja, a fortified w**e infused with dried Seville orange peel and aged in a solera system. 15 Years in ex-bourbon casks and 2 years in orange w**e casks. Limited to 7,000 bottles.
