The Spring menu at Urban Farmer is still bringing bright, bold flavors to the table! Our Roasted Trout Filet is a house favorite. Fresh rainbow trout, broken down in-house by our butchery team, paired with a vibrant spring vegetable salad, fresh lemon, olive oil, and finished with a rich salsa macha made with toasted dried Mexican chilies + sesame seeds for just the right depth and heat. Fresh, flavorful, and very much worth ordering twice. 🐟🍋

Always changing, always inspired by the season. 🌱 Our Spring Harvest Salad is built from what Chef Erick finds each week at the PSU Farmers Market — hand-selecting the freshest ingredients and bringing them back to UF to roast, shave, pickle, marinate, and layer into something completely unique.

Right now, that means asparagus, English peas, snap peas, and delicate pea tendrils… but as the season shifts, so will the salad.

No two visits are ever quite the same — and that’s exactly the beauty of it here at Urban Farmer. 🥗✨
