First and foremost, a HUGE thank you to my AWESOME TEAM!! If you happen to see any of these amazing people out and about, at home, or in the store, please take a minute and imagine seeing them through my eyes....they TRULY made this happen successfully!!
*Anita Byrd (known by everyone as Dani, multi-tasker, pizza maker, prayer warrior!)
*Cole James Mattson (dough roller extraordinaire! Over 25 batches between the two days!!)
*Kobee Cozzens (greeted our customers with a smile and great service!)
*Addisonplays Roblox (known as Addy by all who know her, also a smiling customer service guru that resembled Slim Shady 😂)
*Jordan Wensky (since most people don't like trying to eat their pizza whole, he cut them into 12 easily consumable pieces...with ease and speed, I might add! And a joyful, fun spirit he takes everywhere!)
*Malikai Godsey (exemplary pizza maker, runner, popper, all-around awesome young man, dressed as a minion, and a darn cute one!)
*McKenzie Chance (she made it possible for Cole to roll all those batches of dough, because she made most of them! She is a dough guru with a fun sense of humor!!)
*Kendal Matthews (this young man makes a beautiful pizza!...or two or 50!! He also was popper, runner, miscellaneous job doer! Third Matthews brother to work for us!)
And last but definitely NOT least...
*Tanis Ginest (this was her third consecutive Halloween pizza sale! She's a fast, smiling, pepperoni pizza maker who keeps us on our toes! Tanis, please let me down off my toes now, they hurt!! Ha!!)
I can't leave out two extra sets of hands that graced us with their gifts..
*my awesome husband, Steve!! (He may not take part in the long hours of grind, but he runs errands, cooked sloppy joes for our team, helped haul 460 candy treat bags and extra candy when we ran out of treat bags, encourages me when I'm on the edge of my last nerve, and sits by my side when I whine in pain lol! I love you!!)
*Andrew Jones (former employee that came down and handed out candy bags to all the trick or treaters! He may or may not have also rolled a few large pizza crusts for old-times sake!)

To all of you that came out Friday and/or Saturday for our annual $9.99 large pepperoni pizza sale, THANK YOU soooooooo much!! This year we planned a little differently and it worked out beautifully!! In past years we have had up to (and sometimes beyond!) TWO HOUR wait times! This year, we had very little, if any wait time!
I have THE BEST TEAM!! I absolutely could NOT pull off anything CLOSE to what we did without them! My team (with a little help from yours truly) prepped for about a month doing little things that made this such a success for our customers! This was our list:
*pre-measured ingredients so making dough would be a breeze
*pre-measured flour bags so no measuring during the rush
*folded boxes, folded boxes, folded boxes and then we folded boxes 😂🤣
*rearranged our prep table so we had two stations for making pizzas
*had a staff meeting to line out details and place teammates in the most productive flow.
*made pre-measured cheese baggies for quick cheesing
A LOT goes into a sale like this! I look forward to it every year! I'm a planner and I love to see the results of planning come together so seemlessly!! My passion for this has just deepened with time! This was my 11th Halloween working in the pizza industry and I love it more every year!
I hope all of you that came out for this sale enjoyed your pizza and had a great time in whatever you did!
