Before moving to the US, Jen owned her own noodle shop in Nanning, China. Prior to opening her Powell location, Jen operated a very successful food truck throughout the Big Horn Basin. You can taste the passion for what she does in her all of her food. Bonus, Jen NEVER uses MSG!
