Earlier this morning, a tragedy occurred on Pioneer Ave, very close to Farm 12. The intersection at our main road was closed for hours, as paramedics and police rushed to the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
As we checked in with parents who were running late for drop-off and staff members on their way to work, we held our breath, hoping it wasn't someone we knew and loved.
It’s not lost on us that the people in those cars are someone's daughter, unborn child, mother, grandmother, sister, wife, or friend.
As we hurry on with the "hustle of life," it's often sobering realities like this that hit us in the face.
PLEASE remember our area is busy. The "hustle" from one thing to the next escapes nobody, and the distractions are endless. This place is bustling with people, dogs, kids, strollers, bikes, joggers, and more. We couldn't be prouder to be in this valley and serve all of you. ALL of you.
Call your grandma and tell her you love her. Ask your neighbor if she wants to join you for a coffee date. Hug your kids extra tight. Tomorrow is not promised to any of us. ❤️
