Viewer discretion advised....
So the homeless/ vagrant problem downtown quincy illinois is absolutely out of control.
This guy literally broad day light pooped in his pants, then stood up and shook it out of his pants.
The proof is in the pudding.
I didnt even know that this was a option. I was walking into my building, and there was this heaping mound of crap. I figured id find a dog, or aleast someone doing it at night time on the camera's. And 100% expected them to have their pants down. Never ever was this what I expected to find.
Im beyond words, except something needs to be addressed. Or atleast we need to start leaving toilet paper in the food pantry boxes, maybe even plastic sacks so they can clean up after themselves. Its to hot for this.
