The finished cake! This one was wayyy more of a challenge than I thought it would be.
The entire castle is edible, being rice krispies and modeling chocolate (apart from the lights, of course)
The cake base is vanilla with vanilla buttercream. I am pretty happy with how it turned out, but there's definitely things I would do different next time. Each new cake is a chance to learn!
