“That’s the best key lime filling I’ve ever had” — our first guest to try Bug’s newest creation 💚 🍋‍🟩

Available today and tomorrow, this summer classic starts with a buttery almond shortbread crust. The filling is a silky custard packed full of fresh-squeezed lime zest. The tart, mouthwatering filling is balanced by a cloud of sweet almond cream, swirled with housemade lime curd, finished with pandan cream, toasted almonds, & a slice of lime. 🍋‍🟩

A buttery, tender, sugar-crusted cathead shortcake, filled and topped with a mess of lightly sweetened buttermilk vanilla bean cream and a generous scoop of sugared strawberries. Big enough for two or three, but good enough for one. 🍓
