Novios Café Opened in March 2024, Novios Café is an independent and locally owned coffee shop + wine café.

We roast our coffee in house & serve classic breakfasts & lunches by day. In the evenings, we feature fine wines, craft beers, and shareable plates.

Her favorite drink is an iced pistachio latte, and her hobby is crocheting (and all things crafts!) Hailey is a Virgo who loves Colorado, spending time with her animals, and relaxing on her couch… or aggressively deep cleaning her home.
