Howdy friends, Alex here.  For the past four years, I've been thrilled to serve as a mentor for students at Lake Park High School here in Roselle for their INCubator course.  During the year long course, students experience all the steps to start a business, and several other business owners and I guide them through the process.  I took business courses like this throughout my undergraduate years and would have jumped at the opportunity to learn these skills even earlier in my life.  The course is a great introduction to the work required to launch your own business and one of the small but important ways Maple Leaf gives back to the Roselle and St. Charles communities.

Brand new light roast out today, a natural process Brazilian coffee from our friends at Falcon Coffee. We're not saying this is like eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich but gosh it's not too far from that. Peanut, peach, caramel notes with a malty finish. It's a fit for you light roast fans because of the nuanced flavor and natural process but will fit on the medium roast fans too because of the bigger body.

We've been open on Easter in the past but this year we're going to close for the day. Some family is in town and we'd like the opportunity to have some quality time with them. We'll be open usual hours on Saturday, April 4th from 8am to 12pm.

Brand new medium roast coffee from Mexico now available. Mexican coffees are always a hit due to their mellow, creamy feel with a low acidity. This coffee has a milk chocolate, cinnamon, lime and floral feel too.
