Forecast for Father's Day: rain, rain, and more rain (sorry Dad, we don't control the weather, just the whisky).

Good news: we still have some tables available for Sunday! Skip the soggy backyard barbecue and treat Dad to a meal he won't soon forget. In addition to our full menu and Sunday Roasts, we will be offering a 2lb bone-in short rib and our smoked corned beef with braised cabbage as specials for the day.

Father's Day means Dad eats good.

By request, we are bringing back our short rib and corned beef specials to celebrate! These are far from the only specials we will be offering though, so stay tuned for more delicious news in the days to come.

- Slow-cooked massive beef short rib in a rich red wine and green peppercorn jus, served alongside braised chippolini onions and mashed potatoes.

-Cherry wood smoked corned beef brisket with roasted green cabbage, boiled potatoes, and brown mustard sauce.

We have two specials available this weekend that are sure to sell out, be sure to give them a try before they do!

The first is a grilled branzino finished with a fragrant coconut curry sauce and a drizzle of house-made tomato chili oil.

The second is a wild game pie filled with slow-braised pheasant and duck, tucked alongside earthy morel mushrooms, tender parsnips, and sweet braised leeks.

Looking for something special this weekend? Here are a few of our current favorites:

Aberdeen Black Cod — Herb bread crumb crusted, baked to perfection, and served with a roasted red pepper sauce with tomatoes, garlic, and hazelnuts.

Ayrshire Lamb Top Sirloin — Herb and wine marinated, grilled to medium rare, served over vegetable couscous with a mint lemon herb sauce.

Royal Blue Filet Mignon Salad — A grilled 6 oz. filet with Stilton blue cheese crumbles, cucumbers, tomatoes, and a blueberry vinaigrette.
