Good Afternoon Everyone, I’m posting this as an update, currently North Dakota is not part of the affected area but states are being added daily. Produce around the country has seem to be infected with Cyclospora and as a precaution we will not be having any chef salads, or using any pre- shredded lettuce, we will use only fruit that has to be peeled or cut off rind. The numbers of this outbreak keep climbing daily.

A surge of cases of the intestinal illness that causes diarrhea and nausea has been detected in 31 states, according to federal health authorities, but the source is still under investigation.
