Taking off early tonight. Haven’t seen anyone, but also still don’t have anything 🤪. So I doubt anyone would notice lol.

I got a few done today, and a couple batters are ready to go for the morning. I ran out of Graham cracker crumbs so the night is done baking wise lol.

Since I’m starting stock over from scratch, what do you want to see this week and next!?

I got basic cheesecake essentials this morning and just doing things I already have in the store. Need to go shopping for the rest tomorrow.

Haven’t been as productive as I hoped today, it took 2 hours to leave the concert parking lot and we didn’t get home until 3AM so I’m dragging today 🤪

I did realize on my way to the store that 5 of the “plains” I had were actually untopped banana puddings. I’m pretty positive I can tell the difference and have 4 left of them - so that means someone got a banana instead of a plain 😅

Let me know if that’s you and you want your plain 😅

This problem will be avoided because my labels finally came in! They were stuck in customs for almost 3 weeks.

Running late today. Needed some time to recover from yesterday and reformulate my weeks plan.

Open 12-8 today. No deliveries unless prearranged already. I’m personally leaving around 3-4 today to head to a concert.

66 deliveries done 🥳😪. Only 3 were late because I messed one up in the middle and it domino effected the rest.

Went relatively well otherwise. We both started taking routes at 5:30, finish a route, come back for another zone, repeat. Making routes always takes longer than we think it would.

Now I need to get home and catch up on messages, comments. I’m making a giant thank you post tomorrow.

You guys bought 426 cheesecakes from me today 😭. I was sold out, but $40-$80 orders kept popping up every couple minutes somehow. I left the store without seeing if anything’s left. But I’m pretty sure you sold me out of every piece of food in that store 😭

Deliveries are starting. Two of us making a few routes. Probably won’t have time to double back and since the fresh cheesecakes somehow sold out - no more delivery spots remain.

Got some counter help, so pickups can come pickup 🙂.

Requesting HELLPP! I’ve got about 200 cheesecakes leftover from the event ready to go today. I need to move them to make room for new inventory, and I’m only a few hundred away from a register setup 😭🤪

I’ve activated 4 for $17 and FREE delivery tonight from 5-9:30 for Albany and Salem on orders $16+. The store is open until 8 tonight for pickup otherwise. I’ve also discounted macarons. For every 25 customers I’ll do a drawing for a $25 gift card from the transactions!

We’ve got 10 flavors left, with a solid amount of each besides chocolate hazelnut (Nutella). Plus 30-40 flavors in the freezer.
