We are looking for HARDWORKING, energetic, enthusiastic, fun, punctual, individuals that have a genuine interest in the happiness of others that enjoy being in public.
We are hiring at On Any Sundae Salem! We will be interviewing over the course of the next week or so. Here's the way the process works...
1. Turn your resume or application in, in person at the shop.
2. We start with a phone call and we ask you about your schedule. (Confirming that you are available work weekends and evenings to be scheduled)
3. If the phone interview goes well we invite you in for another interview and we ask all sorts of questions about past work experience, your schedule, your experience with people and possibly in the community, your schedule.
4. If the interview process goes well we offer you an opportunity to try out over the course of 4-Hour shifts. These are paid and this will give us an opportunity to see how well you work behind the counter, listen to direction, pick up on the tasks that we need you to. Over the course of the first 4 hours shift we will be able to determine whether we're going to invite you back for a second 4-Hour shift or a subsequent 3rd and 4th shift. If you perform well through those shifts we will extend you an offer to work at on any sundae through the summer impossibly beyond.
