Final post about 2026 Steamboat Food and W**e Festival. Huge shout out to Nicole Jarman, Jeremy Waybright, the entire event staff and the awesome team of mentees that made our job as guest chefs infinitely easier. It was a pleasure to work with all of them and we look forward to doing it all over again in 2027! Thank you for all of your incredibly hard work on such a professionally run and organized event.

Photo dump from the 2026 Steamboat Food & W**e Festival. Fun was had by all but tons of hard work by many! The great opportunity to work and visit with chef friends, new and old, from around the country, combined with working with the amazing event staff and serving the fabulous attendees makes it all worthwhile. Today. Today is the anniversary of Restaurant Martin as we opened on September 24, 2009 with a w**e dinner during the Santa Fe W**e and Chile Fiesta. We had a sold out crowd but didn’t get our Certificate of Occupancy until 2pm that day and we weren’t even certain until that moment if our opening night would even be able to take place in our own restaurant! We started with a bang and never looked back. As many of you know, just a few weeks ago we were honored beyond our wildest imagination by Michelin and our inclusion and their first-ever guide to the Southwest. Today we received our plaque. When I woke up this morning, I realized that, fortuitously, we were receiving it on the day of our anniversary. Sometimes stars just align. It is with great pride and celebration that we will mount this plaque on the front of our building for all who enter to see and invite them to share in our celebration. Thank you for being part of our journey. Thank you for your continued support, patronage and friendship. 💯
