New offerings on the menu! Chef Paddy has redefined a few Indian home-cooked delicacies:
Mutter Paneer with garden peas, farmer’s cheese and creamy curry.
Lamb Shank Josh with Kashmiri Roganjosh curry from the Himalayas
Shrimp Biryani of the jumbo variety with aromatic rice and robust spices
Lychee Kulfi, eggless Indian ice cream
For now, we will tease those of you with a sweet tooth. This refreshing kulfi dessert is gluten and dairy free.

It was April 1, 2011 that Chef Paddy opened his first restaurant in Santa Fe. Since then he has been on Chopped, he beat Bobby Flay, and has established himself as an active and treasured member of the Santa Fe community.
