As many of you know, my journey in the bike industry started at NorCal Bike Sport, long before my time at Trail House. I’m incredibly grateful for the friendships, experiences, and amazing riding community that have been part of that journey.
As Specialized continues to simplify its business and focus on better serving riders through our local retail partners, Trail House will be closing its bike retail operations.
The good news is that the coffee shop will remain open and continue to be a gathering place for riders and the community. While Specialized will no longer be involved in its operations, we’re big supporters of the coffee shop and the community it has helped build. We hope you’ll continue to stop by, grab a coffee, and connect with friends before or after a ride.
Just as important, all of our Trail House teammates are staying with us and will be moving to NorCal Bike Sport and Bike Peddler to help strengthen those locations and continue serving our riders. You’ll see the same familiar faces, receive the same great service, and find the same passion for cycling that made Trail House special.
For me personally, I’m excited to be returning home to NorCal Bike Sport and continuing this journey alongside a great team.
While our retail footprint is changing, our commitment to the Santa Rosa cycling community isn’t. We’re simplifying how we operate so we can better support riders, invest in our teams, and deliver a stronger experience at our remaining locations.
To everyone who has supported Trail House over the years, thank you. We hope you’ll continue to enjoy the coffee shop and visit us at NorCal Bike Sport and Bike Peddler for your bikes, service, and everything cycling.
