Are y’all familiar with the phrase, “happy accident”? How about “beautiful mistake”?

Well, that’s what we have here, folks!

Mrs. EarthFed had a whoopsie daisy moment and mistakenly added roasted jalapeños and Thai chilies to our truffle cheese 😬🤦‍♀️.

The result; however, is delicious. The truffle is our best selling flavor and now you can get it with a lil’ bit of a kick to it! (Our regular Truffle Cracked Pepper will still be available.)

Our friends FutuRETROistic have invented a yet-to-be-named breakfast sandwich using EarthFed quiche bites and cheese on Casita Coqui Pan Sobao!

If you want to level it up even more… may we suggest topping it off with some hot sauce from Greg's Famous Hot Sauce and some microgreens from F I N E F E A T H E R F O O D S 🌱

Our most popular summer seasonal flavor is back! We use beautiful, fresh jalapeño peppers grown locally by the one and only G A N N O N O R G A N I C S 🌶️

This one was a huge hit last year and sold out weekly so make sure you come early for it!
