As we conclude this journey of a lifetime, we take a moment to reflect on why we did this.

Eating our way through Greece 🇬🇷

One thing about the Simone’s Kitchen team: we are FOODIES 🍽️

From Athens to Naxos, our team ATE — and we have the photos from our team to prove it 📷

Slide through to see what we’ve been munching on and stay tuned because we are bringing back one very special “dish” to the 518 💙 👀

A fun fact about Simone’s Kitchen: Our blue logo was chosen specifically to symbolize the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea. This week, our entire team got to swim in it! 🌊

We took more than 70 team members to Greece to experience the roots of our business firsthand, and it’s safe to say we’re soaking it all in 🧿 🇬🇷

See you soon, 518 💙

Naxos, through the eyes of our team 🇬🇷💙

Part 2 of our company trip to Greece brings us to the mythical island of Naxos 🏝️ From mountain villages to turquoise beaches, this is Mediterranean paradise. Our team has had plenty of time to explore in their own way — by foot, bus, horseback, scooter or car — and experience the Mediterranean lifestyle firsthand 🚙

This is what this trip is all about: seeing our team connect in ways they haven’t before, share new experiences they’ll carry with them forever, and gain an even deeper appreciation for the culture at the heart of our business 💙

We’re having the time of our lives, but we can’t wait to see everyone back home very soon 🫶

We can’t wait to see you all when we reopen on September 8. Until then, follow along for more Greek adventures 🧿💙

First order of business after taking our entire company to Greece: exploring Athens 🇬🇷🏛️

We hit the streets with our team of 70+ through the heart of the city on a walking tour, making our way through Syntagma Square, Monastiraki, Plaka and the Ancient Agora 📍

And somehow, we still hadn’t made it to the main event…
Stay tuned for the next video as we head to the top of the hill 👀🏛️
