A Guided Wine Seminar & Tasting Experience with Winemaker Patrick Cappiello from

Instead of a traditional multi-course dinner, the evening will allow for more conversation with Patrick and will feature:

•A guided tasting of SIX Monte Rio wines

•Thoughtfully curated small pairing bites with each wine

•An engaging, conversational format where we can really explore what makes these wines so special

This format allows us to highlight the wines in a more meaningful way—focusing on varietals, winemaking style, and pairing insights—while still offering delicious, seasonal bites along the way.

We feel extraordinarily lucky to be joined by former sommelier turned acclaimed winemaker Patrick Cappiello for a special night celebrating the vibrant wines of Monte Rio Cellars. Monte Rio Cellars focuses on heritage and classic California varieties and maintains a commitment to making wine naturally with no additives and with organic farming practices. Known for his commitment to historic vineyards and minimal-intervention winemaking, Patrick crafts wines that are both soulful and endlessly drinkable at a price point rarely seen out of California these day—and this is a rare opportunity to experience them alongside the person who brings them to life.
