Meet the Team: Madison ❤️

Madison has been with us for almost three years.

She’s the artist behind many of the chalkboards around the restaurant. If you’ve admired one of our special boards, seasonal doodles, or hand-drawn signs, there’s a good chance Madison was the one who created it.

You’ll also recognize her by her warm smile and friendly presence around the restaurant. Outside of Bizzarro, she’s also a devoted dog mom to Winona. 🐾

And if you like candles, she’s your gal. In her creative time, Madison makes some of the best-smelling candles this side of the Mississippi !

Thank you for helping keep this quirky little joint looking like itself.

Meet the Team: Jaedra ❤️

Today we’re celebrating Jaedra! She has helped shape Bizzarro into what it is today for many many years !!

For years, Jaedra has poured her heart, creativity, and vision into this little restaurant. As a partner, leader, and friend, she has helped guide Bizzarro through challenges, growth, and countless memorable nights. ❤️

Jaedra has a gift for making people feel welcome. One of our favorite Host !! Whether she’s creating new ideas, supporting the team, connecting with guests, or finding a way to make things happen when they seem impossible, she brings passion and determination to everything she does.

She cares deeply about this restaurant, the people who work here, and the community that has supported us along the way. Her creativity, resilience, and big heart are part of what makes Bizzarro so special.

We’re grateful for everything she does and excited for what the future holds.

Meet the Team: Jessica ❣️

We’re kicking off a new little series celebrating the people who make Bizzarro… well, Bizzarro. And it only felt right to start with Jessica on her birthday.

Jess has been part of the Bizzarro family on and off for over 18 years. Recently, her dad Jose became a 50% partner, and Jess officially stepped into the role of Front of House Manager — a role that honestly feels made for her.

She brings vibrancy, clarity, laughter, professionalism, goofiness, heart, and the kind of energy that makes both staff and guests feel instantly at ease. She keeps us grounded while somehow also keeping us laughing.

We’re so lucky to have her helping lead this next chapter of Bizzarro.
