Whether it’s non-alcoholic or not, any craft b**r lineup nowadays needs a hazy; and that’s just what we did, cranking out a super tropical and juicy Hazy IPA with all of the flavor and mouthfeel without the alcohol. Citra and Strata hops team up to create a potent aroma that survives its trip through packaging and pasteurization till you get it in your hand, crack one open, and imbibe in its massive notes of fresh squeezed tangerine juice, white w**e grapes, ripe strawberries, papaya sorbet, passionfruit compote, pineapple spears, and high grade g***a.
DAY MONEY
Since most NA b**rs have always been far too cloying and dull, we decided to zhuzh things up a bit and create a hyper-crushable and intensely refreshing non-alcoholic option that hits like the sunshine on the first day of summer. The complete opposite of that amber colored NA that you tried to gag down and never tried again, Day Money goes down like a well crafted Golden Ale with its subtle malt profile, light fruity hoppiness, and exceptionally bright finish of grapefruit.
HEADLINER
Headliner exemplifies just why taking our time developing our NA b**rs was the right choice; it’s not watered down and anemic, it’s not oxidized and tasting like cooked hops, it’s just a classic Westcoast IPA with a balanced bitterness and a lightning bolt of hop aroma striking the palate with exciting notes of white grapefruit wedges, passion fruit, white w**e grapes, papaya, blueberry skins, and pine needles.

Turn those hops up to 11! We truly pushed the limits of what Cryo Fresh can do, and we can’t wait for you to try the result. We jammed this West Coast IPA full of Mosaic, Mosaic HyperBoost, Mosaic Cryo, and Mosaic Cryo Fresh, which is three times as concentrated as whole cone fresh hops. Better yet, we used the equivalent of 7lbs per barrel in the whirlpool alone to really emulate a wet hop b**r! Freshie Fresh is a straight up blueberry bomb, with some blackberry, grape, and dank notes too. What are you waiting for? Drink it freshie fresh!
MYSTERIOUS MYSTERY
It was a dark and stormy night… the kettle was boiling, the fermentors were bubbling, and the brew team was nowhere to be found. What could they be up to? Bags of Waimea, Nelson, Nectaron, Riwaka, & Galaxy were strewn about the brewery while Pilsner and Oat malt littered the floor. Bag that triple dry-hopped Hazy Double IPA recipe as evidence, because we have a hypothesis for this whodunit: could it be The Fu! Crew, with a mash paddle in the cellar? Lingering notes of tropical guava, sticky pear, and lychee sure point to it. This may be a cold case, but that’s just how we like it!
