Many of you know that I groom my own doodles. I learned from our amazing groomer, Milda, in Florida who was also my neighbor. With that said doodles are a lot of work and Harry has his own michegas that I can assure you no groomer would want to put up with, nor would I subject them to his diva behavior. He has his way of being groomed and I roll with it. Although Harry came from a breeder, we rescued him because he was a “breeder failure”and deep down inside we knew he was somehow abused. So when it comes to groom time, I just buckle up and get it done. Lots of praise for Harry and a bit of cheerleading from Rosie on the sidelines. He may give me a hard time, but he trusts me and knows I would never hurt him. Do I get frustrated? Absolutely! It's a workout for both of us! Guess whose snoozing now?
