Last Thursday you filled our dining room for New Jersey w**e, and we’re still smiling about it. Thank you to the incomparable Hank Zona for hosting, to Ironbound, Beneduce, Alba and Meadowbrook for the pours, to Harvest Drop, and to every single guest ❤️🌊 for soaking up the night + supporting Fulfill in their mission to feed our neighbors in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

And the next wave is already here!!

A little Jersey pride, a lot of good w**e, and a night well spent at Marée.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Hank Zona for an evening dedicated to the w**es, c***rs, and people making wonderful things happen right here in New Jersey.

Four courses from our kitchen, each paired with a local pour, and Hank sharing a little of the story behind every glass. From Ironbound C***r to Alba Vineyard Pinot Noir, there was plenty to discover and even more to talk about.

And in the spirit of good food doing good, 5% of the evening’s tickets went to Fulfill, supporting our neighbors in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

Thank you, Hank, for bringing your knowledge, humor, and love of New Jersey w**e to our table. And to everyone who joined us, we’re so glad you were part of it.

Merci, Spring Lake!

What a day. Beautiful homes, incredible kitchens, wonderful people, and a whole lot of good food.

We loved being part of this year’s Spring Lake Kitchen Tour, with our incredible staff serving up a little taste of Marée. A big thank-you to everyone who stopped by, the homeowners who opened their doors, and the volunteers who made it all happen.

And if you liked what you tasted, there’s plenty more where that came from.

Turns out, some pretty incredible things are happening in New Jersey w**e country. And on October 22, we’re bringing a few of our favorites to the table.

Join us in The Vault for an evening with w**e expert Hank Zona as we explore the people, places, and pours putting New Jersey w**es on the map.

We’ll start with c***r from Ironbound and cheeses from Valley Milk House, followed by four courses paired with w**es from Beneduce, Alba, and Meadowbrook.

Great w**e. Good food. Even better company. And a little something good for our neighbors, too.

The bank closed a long time ago. The vault kept going.

Behind the original 1901 Mosler door at Marée, there are now twenty private w**e lockers. Each one holds 12 bottles, is climate-controlled, and has your name engraved on the front. Your bottles stay here until you come in, and opening them is on us.

Members get 10% off retail bottle rates, 20% off our w**e list when dining, and a seat at our Quarterly Soirées in the Vault with our sommelier and w**e partners.

Spring Lake, you delivered.

Our first Witches Paddle weekend at Marée, and what a way to spend a Saturday (plus we loved prepping for you gorgeous ghouls!).

We brought a little French flair to the festivities with good food, cocktails, and a full house of familiar faces and fabulous witches.

Merci to everyone who joined us after the paddle. We loved being part of the tradition.

A rising tide lifts all spirits.

October looks good on Spring Lake.

The beach crowds thin out. The bar fills up. Witches take to the lake. Beautiful houses open their doors. Dinner gets a little longer. Somebody orders another martini and no one turns into a pumpkin.
