Today’s Tuesday prep was combined with a smash/line meeting, which only means a bigger .
Today’s meal came from our friends at Farmhaus Restaurant in South City—featuring Beef Neck Empanadas w Salsa Verde, Black Bean purée & Cojita Cheese. Paired with grilled Asparagus, Beef Bacon and Nam Jim Sauce. Every bite was outstanding. Such a treat.
Mac and I have been enjoying Chef Kevin Willmann’s food for more than 20 years, dating back to when we’d make trips across the river to his restaurant Erato in Illinois. It’s been incredible to watch his culinary journey and continue enjoying the amazing food he and his team create.
